1. Return Policy
Due to the sacred nature of our products (such as Rudraksha, Puja Samagri, Yantras, etc.), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless:
- The product is damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong item
In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.
2. Refunds
Refunds will be processed only if:
- The return request is approved (damaged or incorrect item)
- The product is unused and in original packaging
Refunds, once approved, will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-returnable Items
- Personalized or energized items
- Open packages of powders, herbs, oils, or incense
- Items used or altered in any form
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 1 hours of placing it. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
