1. About Vedpuransar

Vedpuransar is a spiritual platform where:

Rudraksha and spiritual products are provided
Religious and spiritual content is shared
Voluntary support is accepted for service activities

2. Spiritual Products (Rudraksha & Other Items)

Vedpuransar sells spiritual items such as:

Rudraksha, malas, yantras, puja items, and other spiritual products

Important Note:
These products are natural/handmade, therefore:

Size, color, texture, weight, and appearance may slightly vary
Product images/videos shown on the website are for reference only
Vedpuransar does not claim any medical cure or guaranteed results from any product

3. Order, Payment & Delivery

Providing the correct name, mobile number, and address is the customer’s responsibility
An order is confirmed only after successful payment
Delivery time may vary depending on location
Courier delays, weather issues, or other external reasons may cause late delivery

4. Return / Refund Policy

(A) For Products

Rudraksha and spiritual items are related to worship and spiritual practices
Opened, used, worn, or tampered products are not eligible for return/refund
If you receive a wrong, damaged, or broken product, contact us within 24 hours with photos/videos
Replacement/resolution will be provided after verification

(B) For Voluntary Support

All contributions are voluntary
Therefore, voluntary support amounts are non-refundable

5. Voluntary Support

Support provided to Vedpuransar is:

Completely voluntary
Not a fee for any service or product
A spiritual contribution to help continue service activities

6. Use of Support

Your support is mainly used for:

Ann Seva (Food service)
Gau Seva (Cow service)
Book distribution for children
Children’s education support
Other service activities

Note:
“Collected support will be gathered every 11 days and fairly distributed among service activities.
If a devotee mentions a specific service while contributing, the amount will be used for that purpose.”

7. Tax Note (No 80G/12A Benefits)

Your support is voluntary spiritual support.
It is not eligible for any government tax exemption under 80G/12A.

8. Transparency

Vedpuransar uses all support with transparency and trust.
Names of contributors may be displayed on the “Devotees who contributed to Seva” page.

9. Content & Copyright

All content available on Vedpuransar including:

Articles, posts, scripts, videos/audio content, designs, etc.
is the property of Vedpuransar.
Copying, reusing, or uploading without permission is strictly prohibited.

10. Changes to Terms

Vedpuransar may update these Terms & Conditions anytime.
Updated terms will be applicable immediately after being published on the website.
